public participation
A NEW process for public participation at town
council meetings aims to streamline meetings and
ensure the public have answers to their questions.
Anyone who would like to speak in the public forum
at the beginning of meetings must submit their
question or statement in advance of the meeting.
This allows the council to provide answers at the
meeting or in writing after the meeting, and ensures
contributions are respectful and relevant.
More information about how to speak at council
meetings is available at
https://www.lymeregistowncouncil.gov.uk/council
-meetings or contact the council office for guidance.
