LymeLiving - The Lyme Regis Town Council Magazine
Welcome to the
team, Patrick!
HE council is pleased to welcome new employee Patrick
T Smith, who joined the gardens and maintenance team in
August.
Local to the area, Patrick brings more than 10 years’ experience
working for a local property and garden maintenance company
and is predominantly based in Langmoor and Lister Gardens.
He has already been busy getting stuck into weeding, clearing
flower beds, grass cutting and hedge trimming, while bringing
some fantastic new ideas to the gardens.
Patrick has settled into the team brilliantly and brings plenty of
enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude to the role.
If you spot him working in the gardens, be sure to say hello and
give him a warm Lyme Regis welcome.

Thank you and farewell,
Caitlin!
HE council was pleased to welcome back Caitlin
T Mitson to the administrative team over the busy
summer months.
Caitlin had previously undertaken her work experience
with the council back in 2024 and provided cover over
the summer on the front desk.
Caitlin is now going back to University of York to study
Liberal Arts BA (Hons) in her second year. She is looking
to pursue a career in media, communications and
publishing.
The whole team was glad to have Caitlin on board this
summer and she will be sorely missed.
On her return to York, she is looking to volunteer at a
local primary school in Heslington and is looking
forward to undertaking the modules in pop culture,
interactive media and the history of art during the
second year of her studies.

One of Caitlin’s favourite hobbies is reading, and she will
be keeping up to date with everything happening in
Lyme Regis by reading LymeLiving. Keep your eyes
peeled as she may even be contributing in the future.
